The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the metro station. Travel to the city center takes only a few minutes (it is very quick). The room was clean and well-kept.
The room design felt a bit odd. It was not particularly convenient for travelers with larger luggage. The lighting in the room was quite dim (I wished it was brighter). The bathroom mirror was positioned very high.

the location is really close to the metro station, this was helpful.
I found communication lacking. My requests for extra towels went unanswered. a rhythmic banging sound above my room disrupted my sleep. it went on between 4 and 7 am each night, and reporting it didn't resolve the issue.
